1. What this app is

«Ceuta Border Queues» is a community application that shows estimates of waiting times at the border crossings of Ceuta (Tarajal), based on historical curves, calendar events and reports sent by users themselves.

⚠️ The data is NOT official. For the official vehicle wait at the holding area, use the City of Ceuta's app «Embolsamiento de Ceuta». This app does not replace the information provided by the authorities.

2. Proper use of the app

You can freely check the estimates and report the actual waiting time you are experiencing.
It is forbidden to enter false data, automate the sending of reports (spam), impersonate other users or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Abusive reports may be removed by moderators without prior notice.

3. No guarantees

The estimates are provided "as is", without any guarantee of accuracy or availability. Plan your crossing with time to spare: the situation at the border changes quickly and is beyond this application's control.

4. Accounts and data

The account is optional. If you create one (email + password, managed by Supabase Auth), it is only used to associate your reports and, where applicable, to moderate. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. More details in the legal notice and privacy.
